As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in delivering top-tier resident satisfaction by ensuring our community is well-maintained, safe, and operating at the highest standards.We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement within a growing organization.What You'll Do:Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the community and grounds.Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests using strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Perform apartment turns and complete repairs related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, pool maintenance, and building exteriors.Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to uphold community standards and create an exceptional resident experience.Contribute to a positive team environment focused on quality service and operational excellence.RequirementsWhat we need:A minimum of 2 years in multifamily apartment maintenanceKnowledge and experience repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry items, building exteriors and appliancesDedication to exceeding the needs of all customers with an ability to build and maintain relationshipsDemonstrate thoroughness, self-motivation and organization when accomplishing tasksAbility to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends and on-call hoursEducation, Licenses, and Certifications:High School Diploma or EquivalentEPA certification (or willingness to obtain) and substantial experience in making HVAC related repairsStill Undecided?We are names not numbers.
