Zero boring days.A growing construction and engineering company in Rancho Bernardo is looking for a Field Operations Coordinator to support project teams and keep day-to-day field activity organized. This role is perfect for someone who doesn't want to sit behind a desk doing repetitive administrative work. You'll coordinate with Project Managers, vendors, field employees, subcontractors, and clients to make sure information, materials, schedules, and documentation are where they need to be.🛠️ Your day could include:Coordinate communication between field and office teamsTrack project schedules and deadlinesAssist with material and equipment coordinationMaintain project documentationFollow up with vendors and subcontractorsTrack outstanding requests and approvalsAssist with purchase orders and invoicesPrepare daily and weekly project reportsCoordinate meetings and site visitsMaintain employee and project recordsHelp resolve scheduling and documentation issuesAssist Project Managers with special projectsSupport project closeout activities
