Job Title

Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF), Travel

Location

Contract | Travel | Day Shift | Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week Guaranteed | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, intensive physical therapy services to patients in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Treat a wide range of neurological and general diagnoses including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, trauma, and orthopedic conditions
• Deliver care to adult and geriatric patient populations throughout their rehabilitation and recovery journey
• Document patient progress and treatment plans utilizing the facility's EHR system (WellSky)
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to maximize patient health, function, and quality of life
• Participate in weekend coverage as required, approximately one Saturday per month

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Ohio
• Minimum of 1–2 years of physical therapy experience
• Comfort and proficiency working in a fast-paced inpatient rehabilitation environment
• Ability to treat a broad range of neurological and general diagnoses and apply appropriate precautions
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of an acute rehabilitation facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a neurological rehabilitation setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with WellSky or similar rehabilitation-focused EHR platforms
• Experience working with geriatric and adult patient populations in an IRF setting
