Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of accounting experience (slightly less may be considered for the right candidate)
• Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable experience
• General Ledger experience
• Experience with reconciliations and journal entries
• Exposure to month-end close
• Strong Excel skills - pivot tables/vlookups/IF Formulas/Reconciliation using Excel/Data Validation and review
• Experience working within an ERP system (Oracle or SAP or Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
• Self-starter who can work independently and proactively identify issues
• Corporate Accounting Background preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Oracle ERP experience
• Sage Intacct experience
• Audit and SOX compliance exposure
• Banking or mortgage industry experience

Job Description: This Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations within the corporate accounting team. Responsibilities include Accounts Receivable activities, general ledger support, cash postings, account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities. The person will also assist with audit requests, SOX compliance, and work closely with the team on cross-training initiatives. The environment is fast-paced, and they are looking for someone who can take ownership, identify process improvements, and contribute beyond their assigned tasks.
