Key Responsibilities:


- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct a talented team of nursing staff while coordinating holistic care with various healthcare disciplines.
- Use your critical thinking and professional discretion to make independent judgments that enhance patient well-being.
- Collect and analyze relevant data to determine patient diagnoses and care issues.
- Develop targeted care plans with interventions designed to achieve positive outcomes.
- Implement care plans, coordinate delivery, and employ strategies to promote health in a safe environment.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide compassionate and comprehensive care.
- Offer educational opportunities to patients and team members on health-related topics.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate duties appropriately and coordinate tasks within the healthcare team.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned for the overall betterment of patient care.

Job Requirements:


- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Preferred experience in acute care facilities and a minimum of two years of relevant nursing experience.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
- CPR certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification is also required.
