Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team at Laurel Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Elizabeth City, NC . As an ADON, you will play a key role in supporting clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high-quality resident care in our skilled nursing facility. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Support and mentor nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Participate in staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and training Monitor quality assurance, infection control, and patient safety initiatives Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes Assist with surveys, audits, and corrective action plans Qualifications: Active RN license in the state of North Carolina (required) Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (required) Previous leadership or supervisory nursing experience (required) Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Why Join Laurel Park?
