Role: Technical Recruiter Location: Midtown, NY Hybrid: 4 days in office Compensation Range: $225-275k base salary plus generous bonus Our client is a leading global investment firm with a reputation for attracting exceptional talent and building high-performing teams. As the organization continues to invest heavily in its technology and AI capabilities, they are looking to add a Technical Recruiter to support the growth of key engineering, AI, data, and technology functions. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly regarded talent acquisition team and play a meaningful role in building a rapidly expanding area of the business. You’ll partner closely with senior technology leaders while helping shape recruiting strategy, processes, and hiring infrastructure for a growing function. In this role, you will: Partner with technology leadership to support hiring across engineering, AI, machine learning, and data-focused teams Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and define recruiting strategies Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience Build market intelligence and talent maps across competitive technology talent pools Conduct candidate assessments and manage interview processes Partner with external search firms and vendors to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes Help enhance recruiting processes, tools, and infrastructure to support future growth This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, influencing, and partnering closely with the business rather than simply executing against existing processes. The requisition load is intentionally manageable, allowing for a strong focus on quality, stakeholder partnership, and strategic hiring outcomes. Key Requirements: 8-10+ years of technical recruiting experience Experience recruiting for software engineering, AI, machine learning, data, or other technical talent Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to partner with senior leaders Experience working within financial services, technology, or other high-performance environments Demonstrated ability to manage search firms and external recruiting partners Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred JN -072026-293980.
