New graduates (2023 and 2024) are welcome, as are H-1B and J-1 candidates. Visa expenses are covered and green card sponsorship is available through established rural programs (Conrad 30 / ARC). \n The practice is growing because of strong community need. Current urologists are operating at the 90th percentile and the group is adding a physician to meet demand. The role can remain hospital-employed long term or transition to partnership. \n Practice highlights \n - Full-time mix of clinic and surgery \n - General urology with the option to develop a niche \n - Robotics available (da Vinci Si and Xi) — not required \n - Shared group call \n - Modern EMR (Paragon) used across the hospital and practices \n - Collegial, low-ego environment with physicians who have a long track record of consistent bonuses \n Partnership option \n - Existing partners own the medical office building (lease income) and the lithotripsy unit (additional procedure income) \n - Partnership buy-in: $80,000 over 16 months, structured so the new partner is profitable before the note is paid off \n - Hospital-employed path remains available for those who prefer it \n Compensation \n - Two-year income guarantee of $600,000 plus production bonus \n - Signing bonus: $50,000–$100,000 \n Strong long-term earning potential in a practice already performing well above MGMA 90th percentile.
