This mid-size to large hospital and medical center in Englewood, NJ provides specialized hematology and oncology services within an outpatient clinic setting. The facility maintains a support team that includes oncologists and two additional advanced practice nurses to facilitate coordinated patient care delivery. Hospital privileges are required and can be obtained within a 30-45 day credentialing timeline.

Englewood, NJ offers access to a range of cultural and recreational attractions, including the Bergen Performing Arts Center, Flat Rock Brook Nature Center, and Mercer Labs, as well as entertainment options such as AMC cinemas and flight simulation experiences. The area also serves as a convenient base for reaching destinations in New York City, including The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Central Park, the American Museum of Natural History, and Broadway shows. The hematology/oncology nurse practitioner will provide outpatient clinic coverage Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the option of a 4 x 10-hour shift schedule. Clinicians will manage 10-12 patient encounters per day in an on-site clinic setting, utilizing the EPIC EMR system for all clinical documentation and treatment planning activities. No call or weekend coverage is required for this assignment. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology, an active New Jersey license, and prescriptive authority are required.
