Role Description This is a part-time, Restaurant Bookkeeper. Restaurant365 experience required. Single-location restaurant in Miami seeking an experienced freelance bookkeeper for ongoing monthly bookkeeping support. This is a direct relationship with the owner. We are not looking for a bookkeeping firm, staffing agency, or outsourced accounting company. We want one dedicated person who will consistently handle the books each month. Responsibilities Enter and review vendor invoices Bank and credit card reconciliations Monthly financial close Review and maintain chart of accounts Prepare monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports Identify and correct bookkeeping discrepancies Maintain accurate records inside Restaurant365 (R365) Qualifications Experience with Restaurant365 required Understanding of restaurant financial statements Experience with POS sales reconciliation Strong month-end close and reconciliation skills Available for ongoing monthly work Application Requirements Years of restaurant bookkeeping experience Restaurant365 experience Number of restaurant clients currently served Monthly rate References from restaurant owners or operators Independent freelancers only.
