This role will report to the Sr. Manager, FP&A T&HS US/CAN.What you will do: Financial ReportingPrepare all monthly and quarterly comprehensive financial reports, including segment income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Conduct analyses of financial performance, highlighting key drivers and areas for improvement.Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.AnalysisInvestigate and explain deviations from budgeted, forecasted, and prior period figures.Collaborate with department heads to understand underlying causes and propose corrective actions.Track different performance aspects of our businesses, products, and plants and provide applicable feedback to ensure achievement of segment targets. Provide insights into the impact of variances on overall financial health.​ Budgeting/ForecastingSupport the annual T&HS US/Canada budgeting process and the periodic forecast updates during the calendar year, by working cross-functionally with all stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, etc.) to establish annual financial goals and properly identify risks and opportunities. Continuous ImprovementExecute special projects that focus on process improvements advancing an owner’s mindset and cost reduction at all levels across the segment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address specific business challenges.Present findings and recommendations to senior management.Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency gains.Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects and analysis along with financial presentationsWhat you will bring:Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting; CPA a plus0-3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, accounting, or auditingMust be able to analyze financial results and assess impacts of business decisionsMust have a working knowledge of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statementsStrong knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP BW and BPC a plus.Who you are:Have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillHave strong written, verbal communication and presentation skillsHave demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHave demonstrated experience working as part of a teamHave demonstrated ability to meet deadlinesEmbraces change and is open to new ideas and approachesWhy Join Ingredion?
