Responsibilities:

Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs on a variety of heavy equipment.

Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work performed.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during service calls.

Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.

Conduct routine maintenance checks and preventative measures on equipment.

Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot equipment issues.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in equipment technology.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years experience in mobile service or heavy equipment repair.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
