This role is a key technical contributor responsible for architecting modern, scalable data solutions within the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric ecosystems. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in data architecture, distributed data processing, and advanced ETL/ELT engineering, and thrives in a fast-paced environment delivering high-performance, business-critical data solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and deliver enterprise-grade data pipelines using Azure technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, ADLS, and Microsoft FabricDesign and implement end-to-end data solutions, including ingestion, transformation, and serving layers across medallion architecturesDevelop and optimize scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using T-SQL, Python, and PySpark for both batch and real-time data processingEnable low-latency, parallel data processing to support timely analytics and reporting needsManage and process high-volume transactional data from multiple source systems, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistencyDesign and maintain Data Vault 2.0 models (Hubs, Links, Satellites) and multi-layer data architecture (raw, business, reporting layers)Build scalable data platforms supporting advanced analytics, distributed compute, and unified data environmentsCollaborate cross-functionally with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver effective data solutionsQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of experience in data engineering, delivering enterprise-scale data solutionsProven ability to work independently on complex technical solutions with minimal supervisionStrong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional environmentsMicrosoft Azure certifications (or equivalent cloud certifications) are preferredPreferred SkillsExpertise in Microsoft Azure data services and Microsoft Fabric ecosystemStrong knowledge of data modeling techniques, including Data Vault 2.0 and medallion architectureAdvanced programming skills in T-SQL, Python, and PySparkExperience with distributed data processing and big data platformsStrong analytical mindset focused on building scalable, resilient, and high-performance systemsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring data quality and integrityExcellent communication and documentation skills to translate technical solutions for business stakeholdersWhy Join UsOpportunity to work on next-generation data platforms leveraging Azure and Microsoft FabricExposure to large-scale, high-impact data initiatives driving business valueCollaborative environment with strong alignment to analytics, data science, and business teamsBenefits Available:At Cinemark, we believe every team member should feel like a hero.
