Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting

Day shift schedule, 5x8s, 40 hours per week

Uses InSync EMR system

Active PT license required (full state license required if applicable)

Experience in an outpatient setting required

Equipment provided during interview process

One professional reference required

SSN required for consideration

Dress code and parking details provided on first day

Candidates previously employed by the facility on a PRN or permanent basis must have a one-year separation before returning as a travelers

Meal break auto-deducted if clinician does not clock out
