Job Description

Job Title: Workforce Software Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design

• Architect end-to-end Workforce Software solutions tailored to client needs.
• Lead technical design sessions and create solution blueprints.
• Ensure integration with SAP SuccessFactors payroll systems and other enterprise platforms.

Implementation & Configuration

• Configure WFS modules (Time Scheduling ACT Forecasting).
• Develop and test custom scripts using JavaScript HTML or SQL.
• Perform unit/system testing and validate against business requirements.

Client Engagement & Strategy

• Conduct workshops to gather and refine business requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance on workforce optimization and compliance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert during pre-sales and delivery phases.

Project Leadership

• Manage small to mid-sized implementation projects.
• Ensure timely delivery budget adherence and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior consultants and support their professional development.

Integration & Reporting

• Design and implement interfaces using APIs and ETL tools.
• Enable standard and custom reports dashboards and analytics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues.

Mandatory Skills: SAP Time & Attendance Management by WFS.

Experience: 8-10 Years.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80000 to $158000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors including your geographical location minimum wage obligations skills and relevant experience. Based on the position the role is also eligible for Wipros standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options disability insurance paid time off (inclusive of sick leave) other paid and unpaid leave options.
