A day in the life. As our Program Manager on the Flex Benefits Team , you’ll manage assigned area of responsibility overseeing Flexible Benefits initiatives for insurance programs, products, services and related benefits. We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent education and experience Five years of experience in program/project management, marketing strategy, and/or direct marketing Strong interpersonal communications skills with ability to present solutions in a clear, concise and persuasive fashion Strong project management skills and keen attention to detail Ability to research issues, develop creative solutions, and resolve problems with minimal supervision Possession of appropriate insurance license(s) as required for the position, or ability to obtain license(s) in a timely manner (Life, Accident, Property & Casualty and/or Health) Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Word and Excel Ability to travel, occasionally overnight These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Flexible Benefits Experience We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all these boxes.
