Optometric Technician

Benefits: 401(k) Bonus based on performance We are looking for a dedicated Optometric Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is driven to provide the best patient care and be part of a team that enhances the community by providing excellent vision care. The right candidate has a desire to pursue career growth opportunities, including compassionate patient care and education, as well as a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: Assist Dr with patient exams. Maintain patient charts. Measure and fit patients up with Eyeglasses. Be knowledgeable of the eye care industry. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour base pay plus bonuses. Benefits: 401(k) Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends Supplemental pay types: Ample Bonus opportunities Ability to commute: Dallas, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Ophthalmology or Optometry: 1 year (Preferred) but will train the right candidate Work Location: Travel required 3 days per week, with per diem payments for all overnight stays. Travel will be likely be Monday through Wednesday. Thursday and Friday schedules will be much more flexible depending on the needs of the right candidate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
