Role Description The Online Shop Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Vienna, Austria, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and order processing. The Online Shop Manager oversees online customer journeys, ensuring a smooth, user-friendly shopping experience and handling customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations. Key tasks include monitoring sales performance, analyzing web metrics, improving conversion rates, and coordinating promotions and campaigns with marketing. The role also involves collaborating with logistics, operations, and branding teams to maintain accurate information, timely deliveries, and consistent brand messaging across all digital touch points. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. Candidates should possess Operations Management and Store Management skills to oversee online shop processes, inventory coordination, and daily e-commerce operations. Candidates should possess Customer Experience skills to optimize the online shopping journey, improve satisfaction, and support retention and loyalty. Relevant experience in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) and basic data analysis skills for tracking KPIs and performance. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in FMCG, nutrition, or health and lifestyle products is beneficial, as well as familiarity with digital marketing and online merchandising. Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills and prior hybrid or international work experience are an advantage.
