Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician?led, accountable, 650+ provider multispecialty group seeking a full?time Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Overland Clinic. established practice located in a rapidly growing part of the community. Join a collaborative team of 3 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers dedicated to delivering high?quality, relationship?centered primary care. Our Family Medicine providers care for patients across the full lifespanfrom newborns through end of lifesupporting the health and well?being of individuals and families across generations. The Overland Clinic includes a dedicated procedure room, onsite laboratory with phlebotomist, and strong clinical and operational support, allowing providers to practice at the top of their license. The schedule for this role is a traditional clinic work week, M-F; Practice call is shared with other Family Medicine physicians (Appx 1:40) Support: 24/7 CRNA Anesthesia; Level IV Trauma Center; Saint Alphonsus FM clinic on-site; community family medicine clinics; SAHS specialty physicians rotate in outreach, larger system resources. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA.
