Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Job Qualifications:

 

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a full-service dining environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment under pressure.
• Commitment to upholding food safety and service standards.

Job Responsibilities:

 

As the Restaurant Manager in Waterford, CT you will:
