ServiceNow Senior Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer with deep expertise in CMDB (Configuration Management Database). The ideal candidate will take a leadership role in analyzing business processes, designing system architectures, and managing complex ServiceNow projects. You will be responsible for optimizing CMDB configurations and collaborating across teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• CMDB Expertise : Lead initiatives involving CMDB CI records and models, ensuring accuracy, proper configuration, and alignment with business processes.
• Business Process Analysis : Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and driving the design of innovative, scalable solutions.
• Customer Requirement Gathering : Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and synthesize customer requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions.
• System & Process Design : Design and implement systems that integrate seamlessly with business models and technological frameworks. You'll be responsible for ensuring business processes align with technology capabilities.
• SME Role : Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ServiceNow, providing solutions to technical challenges across multiple teams, and mentoring junior developers.
• Team Collaboration : Collaborate with and manage teams to ensure project timelines are met, providing technical leadership and problem-solving support.
• Solution Delivery : Work across multiple teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery and process improvements, while continuously identifying areas of enhancement for the business and technical systems.

Key Requirements

• Strong Experience in CMDB : In-depth expertise in managing CMDB CI records, models, and overall configurations.
• Business & Systems Analysis : Proven experience in assessing business models, researching customer needs, and integrating these with technological solutions.
• Requirements Analysis : Strong ability to analyze, define, and implement customer requirements into well-designed future state systems or business solutions.
• Business Process Design : Proficiency in designing and improving business processes and leveraging Business Process Analysis tools.
• Leadership and Collaboration : Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and collaborating across multiple departments to drive success.
• Travel Flexibility : Willingness to travel once per quarter, with expenses covered.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certifications : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) would be an advantage.
• Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Mindset : Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to proactively identify and resolve issues.
