Position Summary:

This role is responsible for driving growth and managing key customer relationships across Pittsburgh, Western PA, West Virginia, Virginia, and Southern Ohio. The Account Manager will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and estimating to project handoff—while working closely with our Marietta and Toledo operations teams to deliver high-quality coating solutions. This is a hands-on role requiring involvement in estimating, project setup, and coordination with operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new opportunities within assigned territory
• Prospect and develop new customers across industrial markets
• Prepare estimates, quotes, and project proposals in coordination with operations teams
• Work closely with Marietta and Toledo teams to ensure successful project execution
• Develop pricing strategies and contribute to bid development
• Manage contracts and ensure service agreement requirements are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating internally to meet expectations
• Independently manage territory with accountability for revenue growth

• Grow territory revenue and expand existing customer relationships
• Win new business within targeted industrial markets
• Build long-term partnerships with key accounts

Education/Experience:

• 5+ years of industrial coatings or industrial services sales/account management experience
• Experience in industrial coatings or related commercial/industrial contracting preferred
• Proven estimating and project coordination experience
• Strong closing skills and ability to manage customer relationships independently
• Willingness to travel throughout the week
• Valid driver’s license
• Self-driven, results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM or account management software, preferred

Travel: Approximately 50% travel across the assigned territory (client visits, job sites, coordination)
