We are seeking a highly dependable Medical Assistant to join our team in a dynamic pediatric office setting. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional care to children and their families. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Key Qualifications:

Dependability: Must have a proven track record of reliability, having worked in an office setting for at least 5 years. We value consistency and dedication in our team members.

Certification: Requires current Medical Assistant Certification in Florida. This certification should be up to date and in good standing, ensuring that the candidate is fully qualified to perform the necessary medical tasks.

Pediatric Experience: Previous experience in a pediatric office is essential. The candidate should be comfortable and skilled in handling the unique needs of children, providing both medical care and a reassuring presence.

Billing/Insurance/Vaccine Administration: Must have experience with billing procedures, insurance processing, and the administration of vaccines. These skills are critical for the smooth operation of our office and the health of our patients.

Community Outreach and Public Relations: Some experience in community outreach and public relations is required. The ideal candidate will have the ability to engage with the community, participate in outreach programs, and represent our office in a positive light.
