Partners Personnel is hiring experienced operators for cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks in Jeffersonville, IN . You will be responsible for operating forklifts and other equipment to efficiently move and transport products throughout the warehouse. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be essential in maintaining our high standards of productivity and accuracy.

Pay/Shifts:

1st Shift-6am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday) $17.25/hour

2nd Shift-3pm-11:30pm (Monday-Friday) $19.25/hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned forklifts and equipment to move, pick, and transport products across the warehouse floor.
• Utilize RF scanners to accurately pick and fulfill customer orders.
• Lift and handle products weighing up to 25 pounds while operating equipment.
• Perform various warehouse duties, including picking, packing, inventory counting, boxing, labeling, and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues promptly.
• Receive inventory from drivers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Flexibility to assist with general labor tasks and collaborate across departments as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and demonstrate knowledge of proper forklift safety skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to operate at heights of up to 20 feet.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English for training and safety purposes.
