Manufacturing Technician - 2nd Shift

Job Type: Temp to Hire | Pay: $20/hr (increase to $21/hr after certification)

Responsibilities

- Learn to set up and operate production and testing equipment for nozzles, spray bars, and valves
- Operate laser markers and printers per established procedures
- Record and certify product performance data by serial number
- Assemble, disassemble, and repair products following detailed specifications
- Accurately complete production documentation and labor transitions
- Support and adhere to all EHS, Quality, and Continuous Improvement standards
- Participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement processes
- Work extended shifts, overtime, and some holidays as required

Required Skills and Experience

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- No prior manufacturing experience necessary-training provided
- Manual dexterity and ability to perform precise assembly tasks
- Basic computer literacy (email, printing, internet)
- Basic shop math ability (Geometric Tolerances)
- Effective verbal communication with team members and management
- U.S. person status required (due to federal regulations)
- Willingness to work 2nd shift, extended hours, and overtime

Preferred Skills

- Prior manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience
- Familiarity with reading technical prints or work instructions
- Experience with continuous improvement or safety programs
