Maintenance Tech

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 2 plus years of experience (prior property maintenance experience is preferred) Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend at the knees, stand for 8 hours a day, and climb ladders Must be able to create and maintain a safe work environment HVAC, Mechanical, and/or Plumbing experience a plus but not required Job Duties Complete work orders promptly and effectively. Assist with grounds work as needed. Assist with apartment turnovers, to include repair work, grab bar additions, toilet change outs, carpet and pad removal, and other pertinent changes. Hang pictures, change light bulbs, replace filters, small carpentry work and plumbing repairs. Perform routine PM on equipment as assigned by Maintenance Director.
