Responsibilities Lead content design for key work streams; scope opportunities, set the plan, and deliver high-quality UX deliverables that define strategy and shape product experiences. Define content requirements and principles that guide and shape AI response strategies and experiences. Stay current on the latest design trends and technologies in consumer technology, generative AI, and natural language processing, and leverage this knowledge to innovate. Influence UX and cross-functional partnerships to align stakeholder expectations, drive understanding and alignment, and advocate for user-focused content experiences.
