Service Advisor - Land Rover St. Louis

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer to join our busy automotive Service Department at Land Rover St. Louis. Luxury brand experience is a plus. Benefits Competitive compensation with unlimited earning potential Great opportunities for career advancement Positive, success driven work environment Training and mentoring opportunities Responsibilities Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer’s warranty specifications Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates Address and resolve customer complaints Qualifications 2+ years experience in automotive service writing Valid driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years and no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years Working knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills Equal Opportunity Employment MileOne Autogroup is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a drug free work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr MileOne Autogroup
