BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST - IN OFFICE

Job Summary Our client is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team in Tampa. THIS ROLE IS 100% in office (none remote) and you must be bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish. Training will be for 3 months, working from 9am-5:30pm. After training you must be available from 8am-8pm M-F. Start date is September 14, 2026. Compensation & Working Hours Salary: $17.5 - $18 per hour Shift: First Work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Education: High School Key Responsibilities Provide professional customer service via phone and system-based platforms Accurately document customer interactions Navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously Maintain a high level of attendance and reliability Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams Qualifications Strong customer service background Positive, professional attitude Excellent communication skills and professional appearance Comfortable working with multiple systems and screens Reliable transportation and strong attendance record bilingual (English & Spanish - conversational) REQUIRED!
