Your Role and Impact As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You’ll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children. Achievable Targets: You’ll average 26 billable hours per week , with reduced targets during shorter weeks. Uncapped Bonus Potential: Opportunity to earn more by increasing billable hours. Growth and Advancement: Opportunities to advance through BCBA levels I‑IV, with reduced productivity targets at levels III and IV. Autonomy over Your Schedule: Full control over when and where you supervise your cases. Administrative Support: Dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Qualifications and Requirements Master’s degree in human services or a related field. Current BCBA Certification required.
