WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING AS OUR PATIENT CARE SPECIALIST:

From your first warm greeting to the final wave goodbye, you guide each patient's visit: you master the schedule to keep the doctor's day full and productive, check patients in with kindness, coordinate seamlessly with the clinical team to keep rooms turning, and at checkout you clearly outline next steps, present treatment plans and payment options, and schedule follow‑up; between visits, you convert calls and online inquiries into appointments, verify insurance to remove barriers, and follow up on treatment so patients always feel supported and never lost in the process at our dental practice.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR A PATIENT CARE SPECIALIST WITH:

Here's what we need from you:

• Familiarity with Patterson EagleSoft
• 1–2 years of dental or medical front office experience
• Comfort discussing treatment plans and payment options
• Understanding of dental insurance verification

Preferred:

• 2+ years of related front office experience
• Advanced proficiency in EagleSoft

YOU'LL BE WORKING:

• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
