We are seeking a skilled Med-Surg Oncology RN to provide exceptional care to adult patients in a patient-centered, collaborative environment. Responsibilities include collecting comprehensive patient data to guide individualized care plans, performing clinical assessments and managing treatment autonomously, advocating for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team, analyzing assessment data to determine diagnoses and care needs, developing and implementing patient-centered care plans and monitoring outcomes, educating patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatment plans, ensuring patient safety and effective use of time, equipment, and supplies, and collaborating with colleagues to provide high-quality, efficient care.

Required qualifications include a minimum of 1 year of recent acute care RN experience, a Florida RN license or approved multistate compact license (must obtain Florida license within 60 days if compact), and current BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire), a BSN degree, and experience in oncology or medical-surgical nursing.

Compensation and benefits include hourly pay ranging from $27.72 to $39.60 (based on years of experience), shift differentials (nights: +$3/hr, weekends: +$2/hr), a sign-on bonus ($10,000 for days, $15,000 for nights), and relocation assistance (case-by-case).
