We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Cook to join our team, specializing in American cuisine. The ideal candidate will work efficiently within a kitchen team of 4-6 members, preparing dishes with attention to quality and safety. This role offers opportunities for on-the-job learning and skill development in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook American cuisine items according to menu specifications
- Maintain kitchen safety standards at all times
- Execute menu items consistently to ensure quality control
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment
- Operate grill, oven, fryer, stove, microwave, and prep tools effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in restaurant cooking
