We're known for products that people want to hold, photograph, and share - clean formulations, playful design, and an accessible price point that makes discovery easy.About the RoleWe're hiring a Community & Content Manager to lead in-house content creation and shape how Winky Lux builds and manages communities across paid and organic channels. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and relationship management, equally comfortable concepting and shooting a behind-the-scenes video as they are structuring a tiered influencer and affiliate strategy. We're open to hiring at the Senior or Manager level depending on the experience the right candidate brings.What You'll DoCreate, edit, and concept in-house content across formats, video, photo, and written, that captures the Winky Lux voice.Strategize the evolution of behind-the-scenes office content and storytelling, turning day-to-day brand life into engaging, on-brand narratives.Edit UGC and other video content with a paid first perspectiveManage and organize content for ease of use and access for internal and external partnersBuild and manage a community through a mix of agency partners, paid influencers, paid affiliates, gifting programs, and brand loyalists.Develop and execute a tiered community-building strategy, matching engagement approach and investment to each tier.Partner closely with external agencies, influencers, social and paid affiliates. Plan, brief, and evaluate campaign performance.Track content and community performance, translating results into recommendations for what to double down on next.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and leadership to keep content and community strategy aligned with broader brand priorities.What You Bring3–6+ years of experience in content creation, community management, influencer/affiliate marketing, or a related field (beauty, CPG, or DTC experience is a plus).A strong eye for content, you can both concept ideas and execute or direct the creation of them.Experience managing or collaborating with external agencies and partners.Familiarity with influencer, affiliate, and gifting program structures, including tiering partners by value and engagement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural storytelling instinct.Comfort working in a fast-paced, in-house environment where priorities shift and ownership is high.Bonus: prior experience working with agencies like STC or Pattern, or similar influencer/affiliate partners.
