3rd Shift Packing Associate
Calling all 3rd Shift Packing Associates! As a Packing Associate, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Packaging and Shipping Teams.
Job Title: 3rd Shift Packing Associate
Location: Hickory, NC
Pay Range: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
What's the Job?
- Inspect finished foam products to ensure quality standards are met
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment to customers
- Stack and organize materials according to production specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
What's Needed?
- Previous packing, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and ability to work a 3rd shift schedule
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
