Luxury Sales Consultant

Alpine Jewelers

Pay: $15–$35 per hour + bonuses

Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM

Alpine Jewelers is looking for a personable, motivated, and professional  Luxury Sales Consultant to join our team. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and is motivated by the opportunity to grow and earn based on performance.

Jewelry sales experience is  helpful but not required . We are willing to train the right person. If you are confident, friendly, dependable, and enjoy helping customers find something truly special, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalized shopping experience
• Learn about our jewelry collections and develop strong product knowledge
• Listen to customers' needs and help them find pieces that fit their style, occasion, and budget
• Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
• Work toward individual and store sales goals
• Follow up with customers and develop long-term client relationships
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom
• Assist with displays, inventory, and other daily store responsibilities
• Handle sales and high-value transactions professionally and accurately
• Represent Alpine Jewelers with professionalism and enthusiasm
