Job Summary Service Center South Euclid – Auto Painter Helper. Assist in preparing vehicles for painting, sanding and buffing, maintaining paint booth and workspace. Work with the Auto Painter to ensure efficient workflow. Handle repair tasks in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using state‑of‑the‑art equipment. Requirements 1+ years of paint operations experience in a collision center. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions. Physical ability to reach below or above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lb. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Previous collision experience and/or collision Vo‑Tech certification desirable.
