Position Summary

\n

We are looking for an entry-level Account Executive to join our account management team. This role supports the planning, execution, and analysis of Out-of-Home (OOH) media campaigns.

\n

The Account Executive will work closely with senior team members, clients, agencies, and media partners. This person will help keep campaigns organized, meet deadlines, and provide strong day-to-day client service.

\n

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn the OOH media business and build experience in account management and media planning.

\n

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of OOH media campaigns.
\n
• Assist with day-to-day client communication and account coordination.
\n
• Help maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and media partners.
\n
• Assist with campaign schedules, pricing, costs, and planning details.
\n
• Monitor campaign progress and help ensure deadlines are met.
\n
• Support senior team members with client requests and campaign needs.
\n
• Work with internal teams and media partners to coordinate campaign details.
\n
• Assist with competitive research and post-campaign analysis.
\n
• Help identify campaign issues and work with the team on solutions.
\n
• Use internal and industry tools to support planning and reporting.
\n
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials.
\n
• Maintain accurate records and organized account information.
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent education and work experience.
\n
• Approximately one year of professional work experience preferred.
\n
• Previous experience in media, advertising, marketing, sales support, administration, or client service is a plus.
\n
• Out-of-Home media vendor experience is a plus. Experience as an assistant, administrator, sales support coordinator, or similar role with an OOH vendor is especially welcome.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Comfortable communicating with clients and internal team members.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
\n
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
\n
• Collaborative team player who is also comfortable taking initiative.
\n
• Eager to learn and grow within the media industry.
