Lead Complex Projects. Drive Innovation. Make an Impact.Are you an experienced engineer who enjoys leading cross-functional projects from concept through production? We're seeking a Project Engineer to manage high-profile customer programs, coordinate technical teams, and ensure innovative products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with customers across industries including aerospace, medical, electronics, industrial manufacturing, and advanced technology.
What You'll DoLead complex engineering projects from planning through successful launch
Serve as the primary technical contact for key customer accounts
Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations teams
Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and customer expectations
Review technical specifications, drawings, prototypes, and design changes
Drive problem-solving efforts and support root cause analysis
Partner with customers to ensure projects meet performance, quality, and delivery requirements
Support cost estimates, forecasting, and strategic business initiatives
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 5+ years of Project Engineering, Applications Engineering, or Technical Project Management experience
- Experienced with Project Life Cycles
- Previous experience with the manufacturing side of project engineering
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, electronics, plastics, or related production environments
- Experience managing customer-facing projects and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of ERP systems and project management tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
