About The Role In this role, you will: Provide high‑quality EAP counselling services. Assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces. Offer solution‑focused interventions and support. Be self‑motivated with excellent time management skills. Requirements Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in allied health. Experience in short‑term, solutions‑oriented interventions. Excellent time management, report writing, and negotiation skills.
