About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable Runner to help us keep a portfolio of vacation homes in the greater Tucson area guest-ready, well-maintained, and meeting Company standards. This role will support operations by preparing homes for guest check-in and check-out, assisting housekeeping and maintenance, and ensuring properties meet Company quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assist the operations team in preparing homes for guest arrivals and departures, ensuring properties are clean, stocked, and guest-ready. Travel between properties to deliver supplies, assist guests, run errands, and provide operational support as needed. Order, maintain, and replenish maintenance and operational supplies, keeping inventory organized and available. Complete basic maintenance tasks within homes, including appliance, cable, and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting, hot tub cleaning, and light repairs such as replacing bulbs. Support housekeeping by assisting with cleans, maintaining standard unit appearance, providing cross-coverage for team members, and fostering collaborative relationships with regional teams and management. What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to switch tasks frequently without losing momentum. Strong inter-personal and problem-solving skills needed to assist guests when needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional in email, phone, video, and text. Hands‑on and dependable; able to handle basic maintenance or troubleshooting tasks. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation for travel between properties. Familiar with Tucson area. Key Attributes Owner‑and guest‑first mindset with genuine pride in property condition. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Calm under pressure, resourceful, and creative problem‑solver. Reliable and accountable. Work Environment & Physical Demands Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed. Frequent travel between work‑sites; reliable personal transportation required. Work may take place indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods. Reach overhead and below the waist. Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
