Job Description

We are seeking a proficient Registered Nurse (RN) to work primarily on the 4 West Comprehensive Medical Unit, with occasional floating between various Med-Surg units, including Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Telemetry and Stepdown units.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and administer medications as required.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown nursing experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Proficiency in Epic EMR (refresher classes not available).
