The ideal candidate will have experience supporting estate and trust planning matters involving high-net-worth individuals, families, fiduciaries, and closely held businesses. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Position Responsibilities Assist attorneys with estate planning, trust administration, probate, and estate administration matters. Prepare and revise estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, beneficiary designations, and related documents. Assist with trust funding, asset retitling, wealth-transfer planning, and closely held business entities. Prepare probate and estate administration documents, inventories, accountings, notices, and related filings. Gather and organize financial, tax, asset, valuation, and client information. Assist with estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer, and fiduciary income tax matters and supporting documentation. Coordinate with clients, trustees, beneficiaries, financial institutions, accountants, advisors, and other professionals. Track assets, distributions, expenses, tax obligations, court requirements, and important deadlines. Maintain client and matter files and assist with matter opening, closing, billing, and document management. Proactively identify missing information, potential issues, and upcoming deadlines.
