Assembler - 1st Shift

Job Position: Assembler

Location: Mitchell, SD 57301

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Shift: 7:30am - 4pm

Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Assemble toner cartridges according to company standards and specifications.
- Operate and maintain assembly tools, machinery, and equipment efficiently and safely.
- Inspect components and finished products for quality and ensure they meet required standards.
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams for assembly processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.
- Identify and report any defects, malfunctions, or issues in the assembly process to supervisors.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.


Qualifications & Requirements
- Must have prior manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with assembly tools and equipment.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift components as required during shifts.
- Clean background and ability to pass a drug screening.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
