Care Manager RN - 1.0 FTE Day

Job Overview Join the Care Manager team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. The Inpatient RN Care Manager provides comprehensive, patient-centrifed care management for at-risk patients in acute care, including assessment, planning, coordination, utilization management, discharge planning, intervention documentation, regulatory compliance and patient advocacy. We offer a $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet qualifications and conditions for payment. Responsibilities Provide professional care management services for at-risk patients in an acute care environment. Key accountabilities include assessment and care planning, care coordination, resource utilization management, discharge planning, intervention documentation, regulatory compliance, and patient advocacy. Required Qualifications Associate's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) at hire Washington Registered Nurse license at hire At least 2 years of acute care experience in a medical-surgical or inpatient setting Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire National certification in nursing specialty Minimum 1 year experience in care management or utilization review, or successful completion of a TIPS or Case Management Orientation program Benefits & Compensation Base pay range $47.73–$89.59 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
