• Participate in specimen collection and the preparation of samples for testing as necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, assist in training new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining lab quality excellence.
• Uphold strict safety standards and adhere to regulatory and accreditation requirements to foster a secure environment.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, with a focus on ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within your first year of employment.
• Keep your certification active throughout your employment term.
