Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide specialized perioperative care in a dynamic surgical environment. The RN will assist in various surgical procedures and ensure patient safety throughout the operative process.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist with surgical procedures in the operating room.
• Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia levels during surgery.
• Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments and supplies.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Document patient care activities and surgical details accurately.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current RN license with relevant state licensure.
• Must possess previous OR nursing experience.
• Be proficient in aseptic techniques and surgical procedures.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts, including occasional weekends.
• No call requirement.
