Luna & Sol Counseling PLLC is a growing, clinician-owned group private practice in The Woodlands, Texas. Our goal is simple: help you build the caseload you want while providing the support you need to focus on what matters most—your clients.

We believe therapists do their best work when they're free to focus on meaningful clinical care instead of worrying about marketing, billing, and the day-to-day responsibilities of running a practice.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a licensed therapist who:

• Holds an active Texas LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist license
• Values evidence-based, compassionate care
• Enjoys working independently while collaborating with a supportive team
• Can provide some in-person availability from our office in The Woodlands, along with telehealth services throughout Texas
• Has experience or interest in working with anxiety, ADHD, autism, trauma, OCD, children, adolescents, or families

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive fee-for-service compensation ($55–78 per completed clinical session )
• Additional compensation may be available for clinicians who consistently offer evening and weekend availability
• Flexible 1099 independent contractor position
• Opportunity to build toward a full-time caseload through ongoing marketing and referral development
• Potential future W-2 opportunities as the practice continues to grow
