About Us We are currently partnered with a leading boutique investment bank headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with smaller coverage teams in Austin and New York. The Role The team is looking for an Associate to join their growing Technology Investment Banking group in Dallas. You will work directly with Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managing Directors on live transactions across software, fintech, and technology enabled services. This is a generalist coverage seat with exposure to sell side M&A, buy side advisory, growth equity placements, and select debt financings. Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models, including operating models, merger models, and leveraged buyout analyses Prepare valuation work including discounted cash flow, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses Draft and refine client facing materials such as pitch books, confidential information memoranda, and management presentations Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal counsel, accountants, and other third party advisors Review analyst work product and help train new hires Participate in client meetings and take an active role in deal execution from origination through closing Qualifications Two to four years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, or a closely related field Bachelor's degree required Strong technical modeling skills and command of Excel and PowerPoint Working knowledge of the technology sector, including familiarity with recurring revenue business models and common SaaS metrics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Series 79 and Series 63 licenses, or willingness to obtain them within the first six months #J-18808-Ljbffr Delmar Nord
