We are Promevo! Promevo is a Google Premier Partner for Google Workspace, Google Cloud, and Google Chrome, specializing in helping businesses harness the power of Google and the opportunities of AI. From technical support and implementation to expert consulting and custom solutions like gPanel, we empower organizations to optimize operations and accelerate growth in the AI era. In addition to Google technology, Promevo's SaaS Platform (gPanel) provides our clients with a centralized user management interface providing administrators with visibility and control over all of their users' data and settings with its robust suite of security features. We walk alongside our clients to help them achieve their digital transformation and infrastructure goals by providing Professional Services such as migrations, custom app development, fast track deployments, and white glove services. We are seeking a deeply curious and strategic Sr. Solution Architect to join our team. The Solutions Architect is a key technical role that drives growth across Promevo's Google Cloud, AI and proprietary software portfolio. Working in close partnership with Sales and Customer Success, the SA owns the pre-sales technical lifecycle from discover, demos, and proof-of-concepts to scoping and delivery handoff. This role specializes in architecting scalable cloud solutions and cutting edge Agentic AI solutions (e.g. Gemini Enterprise Platform and Gemini Enterprise) that deliver measurable business value. Duties and Responsibilities:

Solution Lifecycle & Readiness Ownership: (Owns the solution from spark to scale, ensuring internal alignment and delivery readiness)

Independently ideates and builds solutions; builds a clear business case and secures sponsorship from sales leadership.

Defines precise delivery boundaries (scopes, assumptions, risks) and owns the creation and execution of internal enablement for sales and delivery teams.

Manages the entire readiness lifecycle for standard and complex custom solutions.

Strategic Advisory & Client Roadmapping: (Transitions engagements from transactional deals to long-term, trusted partnerships by mapping customer landscapes)

Owns the technical strategy of the deal while looking ahead; establishes a 12-to-18-month technology roadmap for the client.

Maps the broader landscape of problems and technologies specific to the buyer's vertical, anticipating unexpressed needs.

Positions themselves as a trusted advisor; influences client stakeholders beyond the primary technical decision-maker.

Google Ecosystem Connectivity: (Leverages and navigates the Google field organization to co-sell and drive mutual alignment)

Proactively co-sells with Google FSRs, FSMs, and CEs; initiates technical alignment meetings to keep Google teams locked into deals.

Tailors Promevo solutions to complement and accelerate Google’s internal sales incentives and quarterly goals

Thought Leadership & External Presence: Amplifies Promevo’s brand authority through external content and market visibility.

Regularly produces external-facing content (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, social media insights).

Delivers presentations at local user groups, webinars, or regional events; represents Promevo’s technical capability confidently in public forums.

Technical & Sales Expertise: (Balances deep technical acumen with sharp sales qualification and continuous learning)

Maintains multiple Professional-level Google Cloud certifications; stays current on emerging cloud architectures and competitor landscapes.

Masters the technical discovery process; handles objections smoothly; balances technical perfection with commercial reality.

Artifact & Execution Quality: (Upholds uncompromising standards for customer-facing and internal deliverables)

Delivers client-ready artifacts (proposals, SOWs, architecture diagrams, slide decks) that require no managerial oversight.

Highly meticulous with visual presentation; ensures fonts, spacing, alignment, and wording are precise, professional, and visually compelling.

Product Attachment

Consistently identifies opportunities to attach gPanel Enterprise and Promevo Insights into Google Cloud and AI solution designs to enhance management, governance, and account stickiness.

Become certified as a Google Cloud Digital Leader in the first 60 days after hire.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification plus at least one additional Professional-level certification (e.g., Security Engineer, Data Engineer, or Cloud DevOps Engineer).
• Become Google certified as a Gen AI Leader within the first 60 days of hire.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, pre-sales technical role such as a Solution Architect or Sales Engineer, preferably in a Google Cloud environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, including IaaS, PaaS, Data, Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)..
• Demonstrated experience designing and architecting complex, large-scale cloud solutions.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical solutions to tangible business outcomes and value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and articulate complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to partner directly with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to drive joint pipeline accountability and cross-functional alignment.
